client: Ace Town & Country Hardware
date: September 2009
services rendered: Web Design & Graphic Design

Ace Town & Country Hardware came to Priority Support with the need for a complete website overhaul. Not only did they want an online presence that represented the in-store quality of their nine locations, they needed it to be functional on a number of levels. First and foremost, they wanted the site to convey the atmosphere of these unique hardware stores, which has a friendly and helpful staff. This attitude has led to the success of their brick and mortar business and is well represented in the new design. In addition, the site needed to be highly useful in the conveyance of product information, which offered us a design challenge given the inclusion of a large number of products by multiple brands and all the information they entail. The products were broken up into six 'niches', and with the help of an interactive drop-out navigation system the site provides a pleasant user experience. This site serves hundreds of members of the Cary, NC community every day.

Once we refined it to perfection, we set it in a design to match. The end result is a site that blows their competitors out of the water, and promotes the new & improved Allred Brand. A company who truly respects their clientele, Allred is able to provide them with a website that truly informs and educates visitors about a topic that's already confusing and stressful by nature.
